Nairobi Airport Lounge, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport? (JKIA)
Tired from 30 hours of travel time!
Did you miss your flight from Nairobi, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or do you have a long layover? If this is the case, check out Nairobi Airport lounge, Simba.
If you have a long layover flying to Kenya, unwind and freshen up at Simba Lounge with its convenient comfort and privacy. I suggest this from my own experience. I flew to Nairobi, Kenya from Dubai heading to Kigali, Rwanda. I underestimated the two-hour layover, so I missed my Kenya Airways flight.
You have two options: either enjoy some quite time at the lounge where you can take a hot shower or, if you have a long layover, you can take a day adventure in Nairobi (check out my blog on this).
So, if you decide to stay at the airport and avoid getting stuck in traffic, which I recommend, I would choose to pay $40 for a day access to the Simba Lounge, located at International Terminal 1.
Note: there are two lounges—Simba and Pride.
