My Experience at Rio Secreto Cenote

At first I wasn’t sure I wanted to do this adventure out fear of being cold since the whole time you are underground river tour, better called cenote. After reading reviews of Rio Secreto some people said that they were cold but being a woman raised in an 80 degree all year long weather I had a whole different experience, in a good way.
Out of curiosity, I did decided to sign Mr. Right and I up. This adventure is not only breathtaking and makes for a great story after but its really an experience out of this world and I am so happy we did it.
We took the unbelievable breathtaking underground river tour where we observed natural history dating back to millions of year. As per the website we got to hike and swim through a route of 1km full of beautiful stalactite and got a chance to go deep inside an underground cave where we experienced the special moment within the mineral formation of the world.
Would I suggest this? Absolutely yes! You would be missing out on a lot if you didn’t plan a trip here at the Rio Secreto Cenote.
